Its intelligent charging circuitry automatically selects the optimal charging mode (CC, CV, and dV/dt) for each battery, with the four microcomputer-controlled charging slots monitoring and charging the batteries independently.

The integrated digital LCD screen clearly displays the charging progress, voltage, current, and time, while the intelligent automatic power-off function terminates the charging process when complete. This charger is equipped for in-car charging, making it a versatile and convenient solution for on-the-go power needs.

The D4's features include compatibility with a wide range of rechargeable batteries, including Li-ion (26650, 22650, 18650, 17670, 18490, 17500, 18350, 16340(RCR123), 14500, 10440), Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd (AA, AAA, AAAA, C). Two conveniently located side buttons allow for easy selection of specific battery types and charging parameters.

The automatic battery detection and selection of the appropriate voltage and charge mode (with the exception of LiFePO4 batteries, which require manual selection) ensure a hassle-free charging experience. Additionally, the charger features over-charge prevention, temperature monitoring, and reverse polarity protection to safeguard the batteries.

The included NBM40 Battery Magazine can hold up to 4 x 18650 batteries, with its construction from environmentally-friendly materials and extreme resilience, tear, and rupture-proof design, capable of handling up to 40 lbs of weight.
